How Long Does Cigarette Effects Stay In The Body?

I have not smoked in three months but I took about 10-15 hits on friday, and took about 10 again on saturday. I am 5'2 and weigh 110 lbs. I am randomly tested but was last tested two weeks ago and they test me roughly once a month. How long do you think it will stay in my system?

The breakdown of nicotine, cotinin which is what is tested for, has a half life of 6-12 hrs. You seem to be saying you've smoked the equivalent of 2-3 cigarettes ? Less than one week. BUT, well before that, the amount of cotinin in the system drops to the amount one would get second hand from being around heavy smokers but not smoking oneself (can be up to the equivalent of smoking 1 cigarette a day).
