How Long Does Dent On Forehead Take To Smooth Out After Injury?

Hi, I hit my head hard in October, 2013, went to ER, had concussion, but no internal bleed, but the dent is still on my forehead, but sight swelling above my eye. No other symptoms, everything else is fine, will this eventually smooth over and fill back in? My skull was not fractured according the CT scan. Thank you.

it depend on the depth of the damage, if only superficial tissue is damaged and one can recover within 3 to 6 month while if there is damage to Deep tissue then one May never recover and may require invasive procedures like fillers and surgeries..
