How Long Does Dizziness Caused By A Head Injury Last?

Slipped on ice, hit right side of head behind the ear and ear. Hearing was muffled for a few minutes. Felt disoriented for a while, dizziness, nausea, headache, loss of appetite, not able to concentrate. This happened at approximately 3:30 am while at work. How long will these symptoms that are now subsiding last.

Hello,

Generally, the symptoms will settle in a couple of days. As of now drink plenty of water and take rest. If symptoms persist you can consult a physician and plan for a CT head.
