How Long Does Drained Abscess In Groin Take To Heal?
I had a large boil near my groin and it burst on its own. I now have a sizeable hole (maybe 4-5 mm) with a white center. I have been putting Polysporin and a bandaid on it. It does not really hurt but am concerned that after about a week, it has not scabbed over yet. Do I just need to give it more time? Thanks.

did you only have a boil or was it a swollen infected lymph node which has drained spontaneously.
please get it examined by a doctor at lease by PCP to make sure you do not have any serious issue. you may need more than bandaids to make it heal
