How Long Does Ear Drum Perforation Take To Get Completely Healed?

Hello,
I have been treated for middle ear infection, (2 types on antibiotics and gentamycin ear drops. I stopped the ear drops as felt my ear drum perforated and the Doctor confirmed I have 2 perforations in my eardrum..and as a child suffered terribly with glue ear and had several grommits and t tubes inserted...My concern is I still have some discharge from the ear but my main concern is my hearing of lack of...when will I be able to hear again properly? I have had 2 weeks off work now, simply because I am so hard of hearing it makes it too hard for me to work..

Well, it is impossible to tell without having a look at your audiogram reports!
Please upload them if you can!
Dont worry too much, if the hearing loss is due to just the infection and has not damaged your inner ear, it will improve with antibiotics and surgery.
