How Long Does Internal And External Oblique And The Transversus Abdominis Take Time To Get Attached?

Hi Doctor,

On July 2010, I went for an open surgery known as Pyeloplasty due to upper ureter obstruction. It was quite a huge balloon which was cut and narrow it down like a funnel inside.

What I wanted to know is pertaining to the abdominal muscle at the right side, Cut was below the right rib from side to back.

It looks bloated and it reduces little when lack of liquid consumed. It feel so loose like nil muscle attached.

Question is : How long period do the Internal Oblique, External Oblique and the Transversus Abdominis to get attached? (I dont know which muscle been cut)

Do I need to take any external medication?(To build this muscle back)

Do I need to wear the tummy trimmer waist band all life?

I dont know why this balloon drops when I turn lying to the left side?
