How Long Does It Bleed After Taking Norethisterone?

i was prescribed norethisterone yesterday and took my first tablet at around 1pm, and had the other 2 in th evening and before bed. i am wondering how long it will be that i stop bleeding? Any help will be great as the nurse pratitioner i saw didnt t really know what she was doing and kept changing her mind of what tablet to prescribe. many thanks
