How Long Does It Take To Cure Bacterial Tonsillitis?
Hi,a few days ago I had a sore throat,and everyday it got worse and harder to breath. Yesterday I went to my GP (Family doctor) and he said it is quinsy. I was prescribed Zinnat 500mg but after a few hours,I had to go to the hospital. The first doctor told me it is a quinsy,the second ENT specialist told me it is just a bacterial tonsillitis,now I m just wandering,when will I actually start seeing improvement with my antibiotics? Can my tonsils grow bigger and block my air vent? Thanks!

You have acute tonsillitis.Start tab amoxclav 625mg tds tab lcz 10mg hs, tab pan 40 1 tab tab diclofenac.beyadine gargle.it is very rare that tonsil grow up and block the vent
