Hello Welcome to health care magic. I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with posterior uveitis. The treatment you are in the form of wydolone, steroids are in right direction. Posterior uveitis requires treatment for 3-6 months and it resolves slowly. The improvement in vision depends on the severity of uveitis and associated complications like cystoid macular edema. This requires evaluation by investigations like FFA and OCT. Do consult your doctors at Megur hospital, as par as I know it is also quiet good you can discuss with them and they will be of help to you.
Thank you
