My daughter is in University and told me she got frost bite on Saturday,(two days ago) her toes have good colour and are warm, but she has had constant numbness and tingling for 2 days now. Should she see a Doctor or how long should she expect this symptom to last.

what you can do is slowly warming. imidiate heat is is not advisable. rub it inhand and warm water mild heating till fingers look red means restoring of blood supply. she will be alright in ten days time.
