How Long Does It Take To Lower Microalbuminuria And Sugar Levels?

I am 52 years old female attained menopause 3 years before and i am a type 2 diabetic patient,from past 3 years hypertensive and hypothyroid patient from 7 years.my recent fbs is 358mgs and pbs is 498 mgs i was on gluconorm500sr twice from past 2 years and amlosafe 50mg and eltroxin 100mcg.As i had eaten mangoes for abt a month last month june 2011 my hba1c is 15 which is very high my urinary albuminurua creatinine is 252.7mg/gram and serum creatine is 0.7mg/dl Tttal protein is 0.8and bloodurea is 19mg/dl fasting c peptide is 1.34ng/dl and stimulated peptide is 3.49ng/dl my height is 5 ft weight is 68kgs as my Bp was very high from past 8 months 160/100 and all other liver ecg echo and tmt all r normal my doctor has prescribed gluconorm 1000 mg twice and glyperimide 2mg once and amlosafe AT 50mg and LOSAR H . Now i am on strict diet for both bp and sugar i am worried about microalbuminuria levels and also my sugar levels will it come down in a month please guide me and advice me at the earliest.
