How Long Does It Take To Regain Voice After Polyp Removal Surgery On Vocal Cords?
I had polyps removed from my vocal cords, and after 5 days my ENT basically said, You can cough, so you can talk, and had me start voice therapy. After 4 sessions, I went for a 2nd opinion and was on voice rest 4 weeks. It is now 7 weeks, I can barely speak. Does it normally take this long??

It can last for more for 7 or more weeks so you can wait for a while. Ask the doctor who did the procedure to see if everything went fine.
