How Long Does It Take To Settle The Fractured Ulna Above The Wrist?

How long sholud it take for my wrist to settle after i fractured my ulna just above the wrist ? I did this 8 months ago and still cannot support my weight on that wrist feels like it would if wrist was sprained and have discomfort on rotation and get some swelling after doing heavier jobs with it
