How Long Does Marijuana And Cocaine Remain In The Body?

I have a question about a drug test. I used marijuana 3 weeks ago, and used about 0.3 grams of cocaine a week ago. I am 5'8" 147 lbs. I have a physically strenuous job which makes me sweat a lot already. I also work out on a regular basis. Also I have been consuming extreme amounts of water over the past 3 weeks. Will i be able to pass a drug test for a construction job?

A week is a long time for the cocaine to still be detected on a urine drug test. ALmost certain to be negative after 5 days. Marijuana is much trickier since it is quite oily, sticky, staining. Regular daily heavy use builds up and the residual can be detected often more than a month after the last use. ONE time of marijuana use would likely be out by 1 week.
Frankly over drinking of water is one of the main ways people fail drug tests. It looks suspicious and the sample gets banned/tossed/flagged and has to be repeated or the person is presumed guilty.
