How Long Does Marijuana Remain In The System?

I have been smoking marijuana for years everyday, but quit for 7 days. I smoked a small bowl (maybe 4,5 hits) on Sunday night around 10pm and I just took a saliva drug test for a job today around 2:00. I didn t know I was going to have to take a drug test for this job as I walked in just for an application and ended up getting hired on the spot! It is my dream job so I plan on quiting smoking for good! What are my chances of passing this test? Thank you in advance!

Hi dear,

There are a number of factors that contribute to this uncertainty, such as the dose that you smoked, method of intake, duration and frequency of use and your body’s metabolism rate. If you are one times user the marijuana will stay for around a week or two . But if you are regular user then marijuana goes in to fat tissues and stay there for longer period of times . Th time can be different for different person . But the approximate time for which marijuana can stay in regular user is one and half to two months . So there are chances that test will show positive result .
