How Long Does Pain Last After A Colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy last Friday and have been having lower back and hip pain - dull and kind of throbbing since about Sunday. It almost feels like I did when I used to menstruate. Also mild bloating and gas along with mild cramping. Stool is not diarrehea but is soft. Again cramping similar to that when I used to menstruate. No fever, chills or other symptoms. How long will this last?
