How Long Does Stress Fracture Take To Heal?

I think its a good possibility that I have a couple stress fractures in my foot. They are in the mid foot and the pain does reach into my toes. This has been going on for the last 5+ weeks. There is some swelling but nothing grossly significant. What is the best and fastest way to heal?

Hello,

You should take anti-inflammatory medication drug course for five to seven days.

Avoid strenuous exercise and weight bearing heavy work over that foot.

Hot compress can be applied over that.

If no improvement than local part digital x-ray should be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
