How Long Does Tendonitis In Knee Take To Heal?

I went to see a doctor three weeks ago about a painful left knee. He took an x-ray and told me I have tendonitis. It is starting to feel better, but wondering how long something like this takes to heal completely? I have been taking ibuprofin and rubbing warmed, organic sesame oil into the knee, as well as wearing a elastic knee sleeve. I need to get back to work.

hi dear,
Usually inflammatory pains subsides in7-10 days of anti inflammatory drugs. But the time needed may vary according to the extent of inflammation and adequacy of local rest.
Hope you got cleared.
Take care.
Thank you.
