How Long Does The Lightheadedness And Dizziness Last After General Anastasia?

I had thyroid lobectomy surgery 60 hours ago and was under general anesthesia. I ve been feeling progressively more and more lightheaded and dizzy throughout the day today. Is this a normal reaction to the anesthesia, or should I be concerned? I have not used any pain medication in more than 20 hours.
