How Long Does The Yeast Infection Take To Cure?

hi my name is Samantha I had just recently went to the doctor and the doctor I had get a yeast infection and prescribe a pill to take for the yeast infection and told me to repeat second dose in two weeks from now but preyer to this visit I seen a different doctor before hand and that doctor told that I had a bacterial infection and prescribe me a gel to take for five days at bedtime. I would like to know how long it takes for everything to blow over

Hi,

Your yeast infection treatment may depend on how long it has been inside your system. If it less than 3 months, you can take 1 week of yeast oral medication. If it greater than 3 months, I suggest you take parenteral medication.
