How Long Does Vaginal Tenderness And Numbness Due To Shingles Last?

I had shingles starting about 5 weeks ago . it was in my left hip and left vaginal area. The sores are gone but I still experience tenderness and numbness. If I try to walk or exercise it seem to make the soreness and numbness worse. How long will this last and is there anything I can do to make it better?

I really appreciate your concern, if it was the viral skin infection and it is cured but pain may last long for pretty long time some time it could be related with neuritis like pain generally dose not need any treatment because once the pain started it subsides on its own within few minutes, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
