How Long Does Vein Blown Out While Exercising Take To Heal?
So yesterday I was working out and I m pretty sure I strained myself too hard and blew out a vein in my left forearm. Right after I could hardly squeeze the ring and pinky fingers to make a fist, let alone hold a weight. Considering it happened yesterday my hand feels a little better but I can still see the vein is getting little to no blood, so my question is this! Was my diagnosis of the issue correct, and if so, when (if at all) would my vein heal so I can workout again? Thank you for your time, James
Respected James, hi probable diagnosis seems to be almost correct but still without clinical examination of the wound we can`t stamp it as 100% correct. so far as healing and workout again issue is concerned, I think may be 5-7 days dear thanks regards hope and wish you speedy fast recovery
