Hello,

You are 26 weeks pregnant and accidently took your cousins Rice Krispie that had weed in it. Since you are pregnant you are expected to be more responsible about your diet and how you carry yourself for the well being of the fetus growing inside you. It is not only about weed you should also avoid the intake of coffee, alcohol, soda and drugs (recreational, etc.) and addictions of any kind. You should be more gentle and caring for yourself. Since you accidently took the weed, you are suggested stay hydrated. You can also take orange and citrus fruit juice to help detox.

Take antioxidants like berries, pecans, kale, spinach, red cabbage, beans, etc. Take fiber rich food. Keep your vitamins(take food rich in vitamins) and electrolytes up. Avoid taking junk food, as it will slow down your metabolism and increases water retention. Absorption depends on the amount taken as well as physiological factors like rates of metabolism and excretion.

Half-life of weed (THC) is 20 hours and have an elimination half-life of 8-10 days or 10 to 13 days sometimes. Elimination also depends on the BMI. THC metabolites are stored in the fat cells in your body, so the higher your body fat (or BMI), the slower you'll likely be able to metabolize and excrete it. Pregnant women should never take it in any form as it may cause premature birth, low birth weight baby, still birth, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
