How Long Is Rest Required After A Kinder Procedure, Accessory Navicular Removal, Tendon Work, Calcaneal Osteotomy, And Muscle Lengthening?

I am having a kinder procedure to remove my type two accessory navicular. During this they will be detaching the tendon, removing the bone and reattaching the tendon. During the same day I they will also be performing a calcaneal osteotomy to correct my flat foot and lengthening my muscles. How long should I plan to be out of work for? I have a pretty sedimentary work life in an office setting I am off my feet 75% of the day.
