How Long It Takes For Nasal Tissue To Heal From Radiation?

I finished radiation to my nasal area almost 4 weeks ago. I am 46 years old/ female/ and very healthy. I am so congested and nothing seems to be helping...saline, oral decongestants, humidifiers. Do you know how long it takes for nasal tissue to heal from radiation?
