I was taking fluoxetine and am going to Korea where they will do a medical exam. They might test for fluoxetine and I am worried that it will show up on blood or urine tests. I have been off the drug for about a week, how long does it take for it to be undetectable in tests? Please help.

Fluoxetine has relatively slow elimination half-life of 1 to 3 days after acute administration and 4 to 6 days after chronic administration and its active metabolite, norfluoxetine has elimination half-life of 4 to 16 days after acute and chronic administration, So it varies among individuals.safest is approx 30 days.
