How Long One Should Take Lactera Tablets And Galact Powder To Increase Breast Milk?

Hello doc... I have been taking lactera tablets, 2 tablets thrice a day and galact powder twice daily with milk from last one month so as to increase breast milk to feed my daughter who is three months old. Now their is increas in breast milk for some extent . I wanted to know whether I can continue these tab n powder for another one month?

Yes, there is no problem with continuing the tablet for another month.. powder can also be continued.. Take lots of protein rich diet.. Drink lots of oral fluids.. Include lots of friuts and green leafy vegetables and pulses in the diet.. Hope I have answered your query..Good day..

Yes, it would be better to continue galact powder for 1 more month.. if breast milk is good enough for your baby, you can stop lactare tablet.. drink lots of water.. Take high protein diet.. Drink 2 glass of milk and an egg daily.. Hope i have answered your query.. good day..
