I AM SUFFERINF FROM PCOS AND ALSO WITH THYROID SINCE 2013.NOW I M EATING METFORMIN 500 MG,FERTYL SUPER AND ALSO APCOD SACHET 5 GM AND ALSO SUSTAIN FOR THREE MONTHS CAN I CONCEIVE SOONER AND WHEN IS MY OVULATION PERIOD I M ALSO HEAVY WEIGHT PLS REPLY ME

PCOS is associated with increased weight and weight loss can actually improve your chances of conception.

It can sometimes be difficult to lose weight on your own, if this is the case for it would be best to join a weight loss group , see a nutritionist , use meal replacement or see a weight loss doctor.
Exercise for at least 150 mins a week would also help with weight loss.

Metformin is also very useful in PCOS.

Ovulation is normally 10 to 14 days after the last period started, you can note this time on your calendar.
