How Long Should I Abstain From Alcohol To Lower My Stable Gamma GT Level To A Healthier Range?

Hello. My Gamma GT level has been stable for a number of years circa 245. High, I know but I have recently abstained from alcohol gor, so far, ten weeks. How long should I abstain to get my reading to a more respectable number? Drinking large volumes of Brandy in my forties raised my numbers. My alcohol consumption in recent years has been much lower and predominantly lager or red wine.
