How Long Should I Continue Having Micronor To Get Back Periods?

i stopped taking micronor around three momths ago and no period. How long can it take for them to return? Am 45 and feel bloated and tired and losing weight necoming more and more difficult. Also keeplosing sensation in my hands anc feet and ankles swell.
