How Long Should I Continue Taking Shelcal-500 After Delivery?

I am 36 yrs old 5 ft 4 inch, 63kg in weight and mother of 5 yrs and 4 yrs old. Since I delivered my 1st child I have been taking Shelcal-500 once a day. Till what period should I continue to take the pill. Nothing wrong with my health. Kindly advice.
