How Long Should I Expect Swelling And Pain From A Pulled Calf Muscle To Last, Given That MRI And X-ray Showed No Blood Clot?

I pulled my calf muscle 11 days ago. I am on blood thinners and my leg, ankle and toes swelled to twice the size with a lot of discoloration. MRI and X-ray showed no blood clot. There has been no improvement in the condition of the leg or the pain. How long should I expect this to last?
