How Long Should I Keep Giving Ondem To My Toddler With Vomiting And Nausea?

Hi my 23 month old who is 8 kg weight started throwing up since Tuesday night and started her with ondem syrup giving after every 8 hours and she is only on water since Tuesday and today is Friday still she feels nauseous plz help how many days should I keep giving ? She is having little temperature too I have been giving her Tylenol too
