How Long Should I Take Benadryl After A Bee Sting?

Hi, I got stung by a bee yesterday 7/19/2023 @ 5:00 pm & took benedryl, ice for a few hours & hydrocortisome cream. I don t have any swelling so can I stop taking Benedryl because it makes me tired.
