Hello,

You can expect to get your period 5-6 days following regesterone. An ultrasound too early will not reveal pregnancy. So if you do not get your period after stopping Regesterone, do a home pregnancy test and follow up with your ObGyn.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
