How Long Should I Wait To Have Sex After A Colposcopy?

Hi,



I had a colposcopy last week, and didn't have a biopsy as there were no abnornal cells. However, they noticed that I did bleed easily when taking the swabs so they cauterised a tiny area. They explained about the discharge etc, but since saturday this has changed to dry blood. I just want to know whether this is normal, and how long I will need to wait before having sex again. Also, would i be able to train at the gym?
