How Long Should I Wait To Take Another Course Of Rifaximin After Experiencing Worsening Symptoms From Probiotics?

I eat healthy but I have flatulence , bloating. I go to bathroom daily but I find incomplete evacuation. I took colonoscopy, abdominal scan, blood test, stool test everything says normal. But I have trouble. Doctor gave me rifaximinin and normaxin for 14 days two weeks back for sibo.i got some cure. After that he gave pre pro probiotics which made my symptoms worse again. How long can I wait to take rifaximin course again? I am afraid of bacterial resistance
