How Long Should Mega Freeflex Tablet Be Continued For Positive Recovery?

Hello Doctor. I have been taking Mega Freeflex tab (High Strength Glucosamine 750 mg and Chondroitin 600 mg) for the past 2 and half months without any positive recovery. I have been taking daily 2 tabs after meal. Can you please advice for how long should I continue with this tab and in what daily dose. Should this tab be taken before meal or after meal
