How Long Should Tugain And Zinovit Be Taken For Severe Hair Loss And Balding At The Crown Area?

Hi, I have been facing Hair fall issue since 6 years, and i noticed that crown areas is getting slightly bald. Hence, I have consulted a doctor 6 months ego where she suggested to use Tugain 5% Minoxid and VB7 Hiar tabs, i dont see any minor results as of now (applied tugain 1 time daily). After that again I have consulted another doctor explained everything and again he suggest to use Tugain 5% Minoxid with Zincovit multivitamin tabs, he says that i need to take this course till 6 months. So, my question is how much time will it take to prevent hair loss and will these medicines (tugain and zincovit) helps really ? Please provide your valuable reply.

As per your complain hairfall can occur due to a number of causes like Androgenic Aloepecia cused due to sensitivity of hair follicles to androgenic hormones and genetics while other causes comes under Telogen Efluvium caused by fungal infection,nutritional deficiency, stress, long standing illness, side effects of medicines..
You should consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and he can advise you investigations like hormonal assy, blood tests, trichogram, dermoscopy to rule out the exact cause of the problem and treat you accordingly..
You can be advised to apply 5% Minoxidil lotion over the scalp..
You can be advised to take Biotin and multivitamin supplements..
You can also be advised to tke Finesteride orally if there is androgenic aloepesia as it suppresses androgens..
You should massage the scalp with warm coconut oil..
You should take a nutritious diet and drink plenty of water..
You can also discuss about platelet rich plasma and Mesotherapy..
