How Long Should Xarelto Be Continued Post Cardiac Ablation?

I take Xarelto for Afib but I had a Cardiac Ablation two years ago but still taking medication Is it necessary to remain on Xarelto Just hit my head the other day and had to have a cats can which show no bleeding in brain. Would it be safe to come off drug?
