How Long Should I Wait To Go Back To Work After Myringoplasty?

I had myringoplasty 11 days ago I wanted to go back to work so from the date of surgery 27 days will be the time I need to fly. When I had the one week review the doctor said the graft had taken well (no holes) I think he said I SHOULD be able to start equalising in a week or so (being 2 weeks after the op)and should be able to fly after 4 weeks so I am a little paranoid about holding my nose and blowing as earlier they stipulated that this could blow out the graft how long should I wait to be on the safe side??
