How Long Should I Wait To Restart Nasal Spray?
I have been taking the extra moisturizing nasal spray for a plugged nose. it says not to take it for more than 3 days. how long must I wait to start over. it s been 3 days since I quit & I woke up in the middle of last night and can t breath in or out of my nose. thanks much

If nasal spray is saline you can take it as much as u like.better option for u is have nasal spray regularly and get crustremoved
