Hello, I had my Mirena IUD inserted off of my period and three days later I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. After this, I read online that one should wait 7 days for mirena to be effective. What is the possibility that I am pregnant? And should I consider plan b?

You should get a pregnancy test and take it from there. There is a risk that you are pregnant, but the risk is low in my opinion.
