How Long Should It Take For My Hemoglobin To Return To Normal After Stopping Blood Donations?

In 2023 my hemoglobin dropped from 14 to 9, over a two yr period in line exactly with a history of numerous red cross blood donations. I also a FBOT that was negative. Since stopping the donations my hemo has improved to 10.8 in 60 days while also maintaining a very athletic lifestyle. How long on average should it take for my hemo to return to normal range and given the negative FBOT, can I give it about 6 months in total before pursuing a BDE? Thanks
