How Long The Back Pain Will Last After Having Myomectomy Done?

It is 2months after myomectomy. I have severe back pain. During the operation I had DIC and had more blood tranfusion. My question is how long my back pain will continue? what is the precautions to be taken? what are the excercise to be done?
