How Long There Will Be Irregular Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

good morning dr. sahiba, I married on 25.12.10 but unfortunately one day safety precaution failed and I used unwanted 72 tablet. after taking this pill my period start after 10 days & this time it started after 21 days. Kindly advise how much time it will remain irregular. What else the side effect of this pill are :
