* As per my clinical experience, the Zanax has half life of around 11 -
12 hours .

* It takes around 5 half lives to get Zanax clear from the system, which
comes around 2-4 days usually.

So it is most likely that he will get clear drug test after 3 days if everything on his metabolism side goes alright.
