How Long Will Aspirin Takes To Kick In After Restarting After A Week?

Issue: Elevated Anticardiolipin Antibody. 2 previous episodes of DVT. taking aspirin daily. However stopped 7 days ago due to elevated bp, severe headaches. dr has advised to go straight back on Aspirin. I am now wondering how long the aspirin takes to kick in.
