How Long Will Benzos Remain In My System?

Hi I am a male 5'9" 245-250 lbs and the last 4 days was on 3-5 mg ativan for anxiety and today I took 3/4th of a mg of clonazapam at around 3:30 pm. I am planning on drinking tommorrow on new years eve and am wondering at what time would the benzos be out of my system and it would be safe to drink alcohol?

Hi,

Ativan is a short acting benzodiazepine and leaves the body in around 8 to 10 hours. But clonazepam lasts longer and will remain in the body for 12 to 24 hours. It will be safe for you to drink after that period.

Best wishes.
