How Long Will Bowel Movements Be Delayed After Taking Miralax?

fell thursday nite and broke 5 ribs, blood and fluid on lung. havent had a bowel movement since saturday. taking pain meds and breathing treatment with antibiotic. miralax for constipation. age 51 good health. how many days can i go without a bowel movement until i need to something else. thanks
